TDP Solicitors have been dealing with child abuse cases since we opened the firm in 2007.

Paul Fowler, the founding partner, has been dealing with these types of cases for over 25 years.

We have brought together a team of both male and female lawyers who will deal with your case in a caring and sensitive manner.  We understand that having survived abuse, our clients may not want to readily share their experience with a total stranger.  We fully understand this and here at TDP Solicitors you decide who deals with your claim, whether it be a male or female lawyer. 

You decide how and when we contact you and you decide how little or much support you require throughout the entirety of your claim and if you require any support for a period afterwards as well.

Every survivor’s case is different and every claim is dealt with in a manner that suits you. 

We have also brought together some of the greatest barristers and medical experts to diagnose any ongoing injuries, be them psychological and/or physical. 

We will also recommend some of the best treatment available to you.

We are experts in this field and we want you to be confident with the lawyer that is handling your case. Throughout the course of your case we will continually update you and provide you with a detailed action plan. 

100% of all of the cases we have acted in have been settled without the need for you to face your abuser and 99% of civil cases are settled prior to any court hearing.

We don’t believe in putting ourselves forward for awards and publicising how good we are on social media, we are happy for our clients to tell us how good we actually are. 

We only act for survivors of child abuse unlike some solicitors; we will never act for any person accused of child abuse. 

Although our offices are located in Liverpool City Centre we take on cases throughout the country and if you would like us to, we generally visit every client.

If you wish to contact us out of office hours then that is no problem.  All clients will have access to an out of our hours number where our Senior Partner, Paul, will always be available out of general hours.
