Brothers K & P were placed into a care home in the 1970’s. At the home they were sexually abused over a period of time. The Local Authority who ran the care home initially refused to deal with the claim on the basis that the claim had been brought out of time.

Court proceedings were brought, and the claim thankfully settled before a trial was required.

The brothers received not only compensation for their injuries but also for medical treatment and both past and future loss of earnings.
