Paul has been involved in pursuing claims against city councils for abuse while survivors have been placed in pre approved schools and he was involved in a group litigation against the Grey Stone Heath approved school abusers. 

Paul has also successfully brought claims for abuse against care homes who have abused elderly residents and allowed them to suffer injury as a result of their negligence. 

TDP Solicitors have successfully brought CICA claims for many survivors for over 13 years.  This is a government scheme to provide survivors of abuse with some compensation.
